In the event of being involved in an accident, you do not have to take your car to the repairer recommended by your insurance company. You are free to use a repairer of your choice.
We will liaise directly with your insurance company and deal with all aspects of your claim on your behalf. You will want to choose a repairer who will provide the best service and give you excellent results. Our accident recovery helpline is available 24/7 if you cannot drive your car following an accident.
Once your car is booked in for repairs, a courtesy car is provided for every customer. Owners of Land Rovers will be provided with a Freelander and as we are a Land Rover Centre of Excellence, they will be presented with special vehicle repair guarantee. This certifies that the vehicle has been to an approved repair centre and can be added to the owner's logbook.
